Tween/Teen Girl Stocking Stuffer Guide

Since we were little kids, stockings have been our favourite part of Christmas morning. This excitement has definitely passed on to our girls. We spend months leading up to Christmas keeping track of different ideas of things we think they would love to pull out of their stockings Christmas morning. Over the years we have learnt that the amount spent on each item is not what matters, but the thought put into them and a good mix of useful and funny is always a hit. We have put together a list of some of our favourites for our girls 2023 stockings.

Holiday stocking stuffer gift guide for tween and teen girls

1 & 2. Black Post It Notes and Metallic Gel Pens – Being able to write on black paper is always somewhat of a novelty and fun for our girls. Add in the paper being post-it notes they can stick all around and metallic pens and you definitely have a winning combination.

 3. Avocado AirPod Case – Hide the boring white Apple case and express their fun personality with this silly AirPod case. The low price allows for being able to switch up the case every now and then.

 4. Notebook – You can never have too many notebooks and fun covers are a great bonus. Our girls love to write lists, short-stories and anything that pops into their heads in these little books.

5. Mighty Patch – These little patches are perfect for teens who start experiencing pimples. Helps to heal them quick and reduce their urge to bother with them.

 6. Fidget Slugs – A little gift that is a mix of fidget toy and can help wiggle away stress and anxiety and just a fun little tuck in to make the girls smile Christmas morning.

 7. Silicone Straw Covers – These little covers are bright and colourful and stop spilling from straw style tumblers. Another nice bonus is they keep dirt out too!

 8. Claw Clips – You can never have to many claw hair clips around the house. These have a nice assortment of colours the girls will love.

 9. Tenzi – This game is so much fun and quick to play. It also has many variations that keep it entertaining and exciting. The size and shape make it fit great in stockings. It will provide countless opportunities for fun even when time is limited.

10. Taco Goat Cheese Pizza Game – This one is on Quinn’s list for Christmas this year. It promises to be a new favourite in our house! Avery is getting a fun spinoff version and I’m sure the girls will compare and play both over and over.

11. Jade Face Roller – These have become all the rage the last few years and both girls have put one on their wish list for this year. A small item that can help create a skincare routine at a young age which is a bonus.

12. Hairball Cat Gag Gift – We love including a gag gift or two in the girls’ stockings and when they spotted these on one of our shopping trips, they had the giggles!

13. Lip Gloss – Our girls are into makeup, so we always try to add something little into their stockings for their collection. There are so many great colour options, and the price point can’t be beat.

14. Fun Themed Socks – Socks are a practical gift, but these add a little fun and personality while keeping toes warm.

15. Bookmark – Cute and silly bookmarks are always a hit with our girls. They often have different books on the go, at school and their grandmother’s house so having a few never hurts.

16. Hot Chocolate – A warm cup of hot cocoa is a winter staple here in Northern Ontario. Having it be a one serving fun package is always a hit and there are so many options to choose from.
